Thank you for submitting your Team Sponsorship Agreement Form!  We do really appreciate it.

We need your artwork/logo as soon as possible if you have not submitted it.  You can send it to us via email at lyndonrec@gmail.com.  Remember, it is for the back of a jersey and you want it to be seen so it shouldn't have a lot of text and it needs to be rectangle in shape.  Tall logo's doesn't work very well.

We will need your payment also and you have a few options below.  

Next Step

We need your logo as soon as possible. 

The printer prefers your logo as a PDF.  However, if you don't have a PDF version of your Logo that is fine, we can convert it.  There isn't a required size but since the logo goes on the back of a jersey about a jersey number, the more flat/rectangle the better it will fit.  See the Shepherd Insurance Logo below.  This is ideal!

It is urgent that we receive your logo asap so we can get it to the printer and have it ready for the team by opening day.

Your Payment

The cost is:  $350.00

A Special Offer

As a current Team Sponsor, we are offering you $100.00 off for an outfield banner.  It is normally $500.00 but current team sponsors price is $400.00.
