There is a lot of need to get the park to where we all want it to be in terms of safety, playability, and aesthetics. However, we don't want to spend our operating money that goes toward our regular operating costs such as our lights, field maintenance, and umpires to mention a few. Costs will be going up in so many areas as we are all dealing with for a variety of reasons so, we have to find new ways to improve the home that we all love.
Here are some areas of which we need to approve over the next five years:
-
Bathroom Accessibility (Soon)
-
Batting Tunnels improved
-
Field 10 Batting Tunnel
-
Some Office improvements
-
Bull Pens
-
Complete the dugout improvements
-
Press Box towers improvements
-
Walkway lighting
-
Improved Concessions including opening all three concessions
-
Improved water drainage/management on all fields
-
Fencing replacement/repair
-
there is more but you get the idea.
How do we prioritize these projects?
-
We are going to try to complete the projects that have safety factors first.
-
Then, we will try to improve areas that will help us generate funding.
-
Then we will work on projects based on financial backing. We will rely on the donor money to dictate what we work on next. We will only start a project when we have funding.
How can you help?
-
Well, we need financing. So, you can simply help by donating to one or more of the projects. We offer one-time donations and even where you can select a monthly donation.
-
Spread the word. Tell your friends, send a link to people you know.
-
Feeback. Help us improve this website. If you see some mistake or typo or anything you think can help, let us know.
-
Volunteer. The more people we get to volunteer to help improve the park the less we have to raise. If you have skills in electrical work, plumbing, woodworking, painting, etc. Let us know.
